我目前玩的Samsung GALAXY S2、Note、Ace2、S4讓我愛不釋手，至於LINE、WeChat、ChatON這一類型的社交程式，基本上是不用錢的，除非是購買他們的產品，因為他們主要是靠網路傳輸。
說到網路，只要能確定你使用的網路，是不會透支帳單的，例如網路吃到飽、WIFI網路，絕對不用錢，如果是月租型網路，是有流量超爆的危機。
再談到電腦網路，已經有帳單了，如果架設WIFI數據機來分享給手機使用，還是一筆帳單

我家裡就是使用20M光纖網路，請客服幫我開通家裡WIFI，所以中華來幫我換掉無線數據機，玩全是免費，現在家裡就是WIFI熱點，電腦、手機都可以上網，至於帳單就只有電腦網路費，給你參考～
