【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市安平區男子陳耀坤昨（8）日下午1時30分，在安平區國平路與慶平路口的運河河岸上，擺了「懇請中華統一促進黨 主席先生救救國父孫中山先生」紅花圈，向在對街舉行餐會的中華統一促進黨陳請幫忙，要求市府不要強拆湯德章紀念公園內孫中山銅像，之後回到原地，將汽油淋在身上，並以打火機點燃，陳男慘叫後遭火焚，在場警消見狀，馬上持滅火機撲滅火花，並將人送往奇美醫院急救。
