SF無法啟動及安裝

(我已經下載了WSM和SF Online

WSM的問題是下載後打帳密,就卡住了,要我直接強制關閉.

-所以後來我選擇網站登入-

網站的問題是登入後,選擇進入遊戲,她說我沒安裝WAYI ActiveX控制項,然後下面就跳出一個東西要我安裝,我選擇安裝後,卻跳到另一個頁面要我重試.

我該怎麼做?
