聊天室暱稱問題

小弟有上聊天室聊天習慣
上禮拜有婦幼隊警察要小弟去做筆錄
小弟前陣子上某聊天室暱稱用~想包養~
小弟並無包養想法或能力
只是想用特別暱稱找人亂聊戲弄而已
有鴿子用女生暱稱私訊主動跟小弟聊天
並問了很多相關問題~小弟也隨口答答

上禮拜有警察說用ip位置找到小弟
小弟並無犯罪的犯意
小弟也不知暱稱這樣有無違法
請懂法律的大大位小弟解惑~萬分感謝
