美貿易代表推翻愛瘋禁售令

美國貿易代表傅洛曼今天表示，蘋果公司（Apple）將可繼續進口和銷售若干較舊款平版電腦iPads和智慧型手機iPhones，推翻了美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）先前發布的禁售令。

美國國際貿易委員會於6月4日裁定，蘋果公司的若干產品侵害南韓三星電子公司（Samsung Electronics）擁有的一項專利權，並諭令蘋果停止銷售這些受歡迎裝置。傅洛曼（Michael Froman）今天推翻了國際貿易委員會祭出的前述禁售令。
