內政部承認婚姻 跨性別伴侶開心熱吻

跨性別伴侶吳伊婷、吳芷儀兩人原本皆為生理男性，去年先後接受性別重置手術，並合法登記結婚，但內政部以不合民法婚姻應為一男一女的規定，要求撤銷兩人婚姻登記。今天下午內政部邀集學者專家，舉行閉門會議，討論吳氏伴侶的個案，最後決定不撤銷兩人的婚姻登記。

吳伊婷、吳芷儀在內政部門口等候會議結果，聽到好消息後，直呼「非常開心」，兩人還當眾熱吻。吳伊婷表示，感謝政府終於看到多元性別的存在，結婚、成家是每個人的基本人權，她們的案例將成為多元婚姻的指標。
