軍審法修法 蕭美琴：強化人權

立法院今天三讀通過「軍事審判法」，軍事審判系統在承平時期回歸司法體系。民進黨立委蕭美琴說，此次修法並非在削弱軍力，而是強化軍中人權、法治及獨立審判的憲法精神，讓軍隊更有紀律、更有法治、更有效率。也讓軍人更有信心，讓軍眷更放心，也讓社會更安心。
