吳敦義公開活動 男子拒盤查遭警帶走

【王家俊／台北報導】副總統吳敦義下午出席在福華文教會館的保險卓越頒獎典禮，在會場外有一名男子拒絕接受盤查，遭6名員警強拉上大安分局警車，另有一名女子遭警方隔離在管制區外，嗆聲「今天拆大埔、明天拆政府」後離去，並未遭警方留置，而吳敦義並未受到這兩起零星事件影響，進場致詞、頒獎半小時後離去。

一名身著便服、自稱代表台北市警局大安分局的男子表示，依照《警察職權行使法》，可以在管制區內盤查民眾，有人拒絕接受盤查，因此請他回警局說明。至於女子嗆聲為何沒事、是否違反比例原則？該人士不願表示意見，也拒絕進一步透露身分。
