【短片】蘇力暴風圈　最快下午脫離本島

【綜合報導】中央氣象局今天上午11時半最新一報指出，蘇力颱風今天上午8時已從新竹出海，過去3小時受地形影響，強度稍減弱，暴風圈亦略為縮小，目前中心位在新竹西北方海面，向西北轉北北西移動，暴風圈仍籠罩台灣各地及澎湖、馬祖、金門地區，各地風雨持續中。

氣象局指出，蘇力強度有減弱且暴風圈有縮小的趨勢，預計暴風圈最快下午或傍晚脫離本島，但西南部接下來數小時仍有豪雨出現，民眾不可輕忽。
