WIN7 無法正常顯示韓文

我的OS是WIN7，困擾很久的是韓文顯示的問題
已查過網路上的方法如下：
"控制台" 中的"地區與語言" 中的"系統管理"頁籤中有個 "非Unicode程式的語言"，選擇 "變更系統地區設定"將其改為 "韓文"。
更改之後雖然可以正常顯示韓文，但是玩線上遊戲時，打字卻都變成亂碼，請問有什麼方法可以在WIN7 顯示韓文，但又不會跟其它遊戲衝突呢？
