網路買賣問題關於消基會

我7/13凌晨一點多再網上看見一台相機售價一萬二左右
我請賣家幫我保留,因為我目前接近產期,必須老公載我去到台北面交
但我老公實在沒時間,而且金額龐大我也不放心用匯款
7/16凌晨十二點左右我跟賣家說我讓給其他需要的人好了
因為我沒辦法親自到台北去(我問咯相機價錢後面還是有將近30位買家詢問)
賣家說那會將我列入黑名單,好~我也同意了
結果又說我這樣讓他損失很多要我賠償
賣家說他也公佈相機賣出了
但我回到那個網頁看根本沒有公佈,還是有人在詢問
賣家也回答"私訊回復"
重點是 我沒匯錢 相機也沒收到 要我賠償什麼??

消基會有這樣規定嗎 ?
