【短片】工廠排廢水　五股觀音坑溪成「紅河」

【林媛玲、石永軒／新北報導】真如「血」流成河！新北市一家不肖的紙品業者，昨天竟趁颱風來襲前，將含有重金屬的工業廢水偷偷灌入淡水河的支流觀音坑溪中，3公里長的溪流全被染成鮮紅色，污染情形被國內著名空拍導演齊柏林拍到，他說：「除了憤怒，就是無力感！」《蘋果》今天到現場勘查，發現紅色污染仍存在，新北市環保局昨將業者處最重30萬罰款，但學者痛批：「光罰30萬對業者沒有影響，應提修法提高罰則！」
