台中雙主臥3代宅夯

【王鈞生／台中報導】台中市傳統購屋多偏向透天別墅產品，但近2年隨著地價高漲，市區幾乎成為大樓新案的天下，部份建商為了補足別墅機能，不少建案如「佳福京璽」、「莫內花園」及「佳茂4A計畫」旗下4件新案皆有雙主臥規劃，專家直言，「大樓規劃雙主臥已成為趨勢。」

佳茂4A專案經理張偉謙表示，建商為了滿足3代同堂需求，不少會規劃4房、雙主臥、3衛浴的空間格局，對住戶的功能性更全面。傑森空間設計設計師洪茂傑指出，大樓雙主臥已成為趨勢，只要坪數70坪以上，室內坪數約50坪，幾乎都會規劃4房、雙主臥，滿足使用需求。 想了解更多台中房市訊息請到蘋果地產王粉絲團
