國防部說明服役期間因過犯送禁閉室禁閉悔過懲罰規定

（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北十二日電）國防部今天表示，依據《陸海空軍懲罰法》第六條士官懲罰種類為「管訓、降級、記過、罰薪、悔過、罰勤、申誡」；第七條士兵懲罰種類為「管訓、降級、記過、罰勤、禁足、罰站、申誡」。服役期間因過犯送禁閉室禁閉悔過懲罰，士官稱為「悔過」，士兵稱為「禁閉」。

　國防部指出，今日聯合晚報報導「士官不能送禁閉室」乙節，顯係誤解《陸海空軍懲罰法》規定。

　國防部進一步表示，國軍於七月十一日起暫停禁閉及悔過懲罰，現行禁閉及悔過人員，依《陸海空軍懲罰法》規定，調整適當懲罰。
