醫院暴力事件逐年遞增　衛福部修法遏阻暴力

【蔡明樺／台北報導】醫院暴力事件頻傳，衛福部統計自2009年至今年9月，發生在醫院急診室的傷害行為、治安事件共1802件，且暴力事件逐年遞增。其中傷害行為以身體攻擊最多，語言衝突、破壞設備居2、3名；治安事件以肢體衝突最常見，但《醫療法》原對暴力事件罰則僅3萬至5萬元，難有嚇阻效果，衛福部已增修《醫療法》醫院暴力相關罰則。

衛福部長邱文達說，根據台灣病人安全通報系統統計，去年的急診暴力事件共591件，平均每天發生約兩件醫院暴力，經醫院陸續完成防暴措施後，今年1到9月已下降為322件，該部修法加重《醫療法》罰鍰、刑責，保護醫護、患者及其家屬安全。
