童星超時工作　可重罰經紀人30萬

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午三讀通過《勞動基準法》修正案，未滿15歲的童工，每天工作時間不得超過8小時，每周工作時間不可超過40小時，例假日不得工作，違反規定的僱主，可處6個月以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科30萬元以下罰金。

提案的國民黨立委王育敏說，修法保障童工權益，且過去童星若透過經紀合約從事演藝工作，不屬典型的僱傭關係，不適用《勞基法》；修法後，將童星納入，可適用《勞基法》及童工保護規定，避免再出現漏洞，未來若有節目製作單位再要求童星超時工作，經紀人、製作人都可能挨罰。
