台中3精華商圈房價　2年漲逾2成

【張菱育／台北報導】買房首重地段，台中市是南北往來的交會點，在建商推案及公共與交通建設等的投注下，吸引不少雙北市民眾買房，進駐精華商圈中，據房仲業者觀察，精誠商圈、市政商圈與逢甲商圈等帶來人潮，房價穩定上揚，近2年漲幅逾2成。

精誠商圈距離七期重劃區僅一條文心路之隔，全國不動產五期大新加盟店店長蔡政治表示，精誠路、公益路近2年漲幅超過6成，精誠路新成屋每坪25~30萬元，公益路每坪35~40萬元，且受惠於台北高房價，許多雙北客到此置產，屋主也相對惜售。
