4成上班族當過實習生　入行起薪高1成

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】1111人力銀行今天公布「上班族實習經驗調查」，針對1197名上班族網路問卷調查發現，有40.8％受訪上班族曾經有實習經驗，參加實習的原因，以「學習社會經驗、了解職場文化」、「取得相關工作經驗」、「取得學分、學校要求」最多。媒體出版、醫療、教育/政府/團體等3大產業從業者曾實習的比例最高。

若與薪水交叉分析，有實習經驗的受訪上班族平均月薪高出無實習經驗者1成1。 另外，調查也發發現，37％有實習過的受訪者實習期間並未領取薪資，另有63％有薪者，平均時薪為88元。

1111人力銀行公關總監李大華分析，年輕學子參加企業或政府舉辦的實習、營隊、競賽或選拔，提前接觸就業市場，可為個人履歷加分，更有機會藉由這些管道被企業肯定，甚至延攬為正式員工。
