南投查醬料 1/5防腐劑過量

（中央社記者林恆立南投縣11日電）南投縣衛生局抽驗傳統市場小吃攤及餐飲業者醬料防腐劑添加物，結果今天出爐，總計送驗35件，不合格產品達1/5。

南投縣政府衛生局10月於傳統市場小吃攤、販售業者及餐飲業者進行醬料醬菜食品檢驗，總計抽驗35件，檢驗項目為防腐劑食品添加物。

檢驗結果今天公布，35件送驗產品計有7件醬料檢出防腐劑過量，苯甲酸、己二烯酸超出限量標準。

衛生局表示，這次抽驗不合格產品，來源1件屬南投縣轄製造商，已違反食品衛生管理法規定，將處以新台幣3萬元以上300萬元以下罰鍰。其他6件屬外縣市製造商，衛生局已移轉製造商所轄衛生局進行後續處理。

衛生局表示，民眾若長期偏好食用同一類食品或過量食用非法添加的防腐劑，可能會造成身體不適，如腹痛、嘔吐、拉肚子或危害人體的肝、腎及神經系統。1021111
