郵務員下班後須拉保險遭批　中華郵政將改善

【陳如嬌／台北報導】立委蔡其昌在質詢時指出，中華郵政在招考郵政業務人員時，拉保險並未載明在招考項目中，現在郵務人員白天要上班，下班後還要去拉保險，達不到業績要求，還會影響年終考績，非常不合理。郵務人員戲稱自己是「午夜郵郎」。他強調，要求員工做保險業務可用獎勵方式，不能與考績掛勾，要求中華郵政在半年內改善。

新上任的中華郵政董事長翁文祺表示，他有注意到這種情形，確實是不合理，會予以改善。
