關說案被下指導棋 特偵組否認

（中央社記者劉世怡台北6日電）壹週刊今天報導指出，特偵組傳訊立法院長王金平喊卡，是總統馬英九下指導棋。特偵組發言人張進豐表示，絕無此事。

檢察總長黃世銘被控在關說案於9月5日簽結前，在8月31日及9月1日將案情報告馬總統，台北地檢署1日依刑法洩密罪、違反通訊保障及監察法起訴黃世銘，成為司法史上首位因刑案被起訴的檢察總長。

北檢在起訴書中指出，黃世銘交付給馬總統的專案報告均記載後續有偵查作為，但黃世銘在9月2日才決定不再傳喚王金平等人。

壹週刊報導指出，特偵組傳訊王金平喊卡，是馬總統下指導棋。張進豐對此表示「絕無此事」。1021106
