最近入手青埔的人好可憐.

最近入手青埔的人都買在多少錢?
我猜落在每坪26~28萬之間對嗎?
是的話我覺得這些人好可憐喔, 感覺就像是空手接正在落下的刀子.

青埔地這麼大, 要發展起來不知道要等到民國幾年, 所以到現在生活都還很不便利,
走出房子巷口連間便利商店都沒有.

大家之所以住在這裡都是因為看好未來的發展.
如果未來真的發展起來也就罷了, 如果沒發展起來, 那搬到這麼偏僻的地方只為了將來的一個夢,
那還真可憐.

如果房價持續上漲那也還能接受, 但怕就怕在房價開始停止上漲同時買氣縮手.
花每坪26~28萬買間偏僻的房子, 住起來不方便,
幾年之後想開了, 決定要脫手, 結果用原價賣沒人要, 要小賠才賣的出去, 那這幾年的不便是為了什麼阿?
