頂級盤克夏豬　搶攻台灣市場

【蘇曉音／台北報導】高品質豬肉漸成市場新寵，繼今年10月大成集團在屏東縣新埤鄉打造結合科技、環保建造的種豬場後，今(25) 日大山洋行也發表獨家引進美國愛荷華州盤克夏純種黑豬(Berkshire Pork)，具有純正六點白(四肢、鼻端、尾端等6個部位為白色)基因認證，採人道飼養方式，全程不使用生長激素、抗生素等，油花分布均勻，可說是豬肉界頂級珍品。

這次引進的豬肉已在美國先行分切，而非整隻進口，因應國人的飲食習慣，首批引進的部位包含去骨豬里肌、帶骨豬里肌、梅花肉、五花胸腹肉等，預計11月可在全台City' Super販售。
