櫃買中心:將對富味鄉開罰40萬元

【陳建彰／台北報導】櫃買中心今天表示，富味鄉（1260）於10月21日發布的重大訊息，以及對本中心申報的辦理興櫃公司重大訊息說明記者會申報書內容所稱，該公司棉籽油全數銷往國外市場，並未在國內銷售使用，與該公司於10月24日發布的重大訊息內容明顯不符，核有重大缺失，櫃買中心將對其處以違約金40萬元。
