標題[問題] 會考慮大學的約聘人員嗎？

小弟大學時作過三年的系辦行政助理 最近有看到一些大學都有開約用人員的缺 起薪是還OK有31K，但約用學士級最多只到40K 可能要成為正式聘任才能繼續升餉吧 我自己幹過學校職的經驗： 優：爽缺、跟著學生的作息、環境單純、可報加班費、永遠有助理可以support、比較不會勾心鬥角、心情比較年輕因為都跟學生接觸 缺：業務很無聊、學生有的問題很天很煩，我以前還遇過性侵案的、薪水就很固定感覺一輩子就這樣了、沒前途 想問問各位會考慮這樣的職缺嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.235.48
