積欠保費 高市6職業工會遭撤除

高雄市勞工局統計，全市目前有6家職業工會遲繳、積欠勞健保費，可能導致勞工無法領取勞保給付及影響就醫權益。包括「大高雄集中市場零售攤販職業工會、大高雄道士職業工會」，會務久未運作，訪查時大門深鎖、無人應答，勞工局除拍照存證，正依工會法第37條規定，向轄管法院聲請解散工會。

此外，高雄市派遣服務人員職業工會、高雄市保險代理職業工會、高雄市代客停車職業工會、高雄市皮革品製作職業工會等，勞工局訪查發現缺失包括未辦理會員會籍清查、未定期召集法定會議、各項經費收支未設立專戶（勞保專戶、健保專戶、會務經費專戶）保管及未按時繳交代收勞、健保費，已限期一個月內改善，否則不排除向法院聲請解散工會。

勞工局指出，高雄市有638家職業工會，無一定雇主或自營作業的勞工，會透過職業工會參加勞、健保，但工會若挪用會員繳交的保費，可能危害勞工權益。
