牽拖離婚生不出女兒　男公園全裸洗澡

【潘姵如／台北報導】理由太牽強！1名高姓男子（50歲）上個月某日早晨8點多突然拎著2個水桶，跑到大佳河濱公園內流動廁所將水桶裝滿後，再到草坪區全身赤裸當場洗起澡來，1對早起運動的夫妻見到這個情況，太太嚇的立刻要丈夫打電話報警。

當轄區警方開巡邏車到大佳河濱公園巡視時，高男聽見警笛聲，也看見警示燈閃爍，立刻拎了衣服拔腿就跑，與警車競速約150公尺後，才被警方逮捕。高男到警局後，一臉無奈地說，因為和老婆離婚，想到兩人生不出女兒了，覺得心情很不好，才會到公園洗澡。警方後來依據社會秩序維護法第83條「於公共場所或公眾得出入之場所，任意裸體或為放蕩之姿勢，而有妨害善良風俗，不聽勸阻」，向高男裁罰2000元，訓斥不准再犯後便讓他返家。
