請問專家：

本人之前有更新軟體　ＩＯＳ７並且在ＩＴＵＮＥＳ上做了備份
而之後手機有拿去門市做更換　所以目前軟體仍是ＩＯＳ６

若是不想再更新到ＩＯＳ７　仍想持續用ＩＯＳ６的前提下
往後我在使用連接ＩＴＵＮＥＳ　有哪些動作會使手機更新至７？如何預防？

例如, 回復手機備份　我會再次回到ＩＯＳ７嗎？
