我之前才發生過車禍 我是肇事方 不過我是跟對方保險公司談的 提供我的經驗給你參考 對方的車子修了22000左右 最後我賠保險公司10000 其實每台車都有折舊就可以算 你可以上網查查這各數字 印象中車子開超過5年 出車禍的話 更換零件都只剩10%了 工資的部份不能打折 上法院的話 賠償比例也是按照這各方式算 給你參考看看 不過還是建議原PO快去保第三責任險吧 雖然對被撞的車主很抱歉 不過這是法院依據的賠償判定 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.76.153.244 ※ 編輯: mars5168 來自: 211.76.153.244 (09/09 10:55)
