蛋清粉要在什麼樣的店家才買的到?

我要找蛋清粉是要作面膜用的，問了化工行，他們說要去食品行找
去了食品行後，老闆娘指了一種"蛋白霜"給我(沒記錯的話是叫蛋白霜)，成分標示主要是乳清蛋白，和我概念中的蛋清粉好像不完全一樣.......

想問這是可以用來作面膜用的材料嗎?(配方上寫的用途是去粉刺用的)
或者我該去哪裡找，還有該以什麼名稱稱呼它，老闆才聽得懂?我在食品行問的時候，老闆娘想了很久才告訴我在哪裡
