契約未載法定事項 格柏蕾蒂遭罰

公平會今天表示，格柏蕾蒂國際有限公司從事多層次傳銷，與參加人簽訂書面契約未載有法定應記載事項，及未於主要營業所備置銷售商品之種類、數量及金額等書面資料，違反多層次傳銷管理辦法第12條第1項、第22條第1項規定，處10萬元罰鍰。

公平會業務檢查時，發現格柏蕾蒂公司與15位參加人簽訂參加契約書，僅將空白參加契約書首頁正面傳真或掃描後寄送予參加人，該等參加人簽名、填載資料後再寄回，所簽訂契約參加契約內容均未包括多層次傳銷管理辦法第11條第1項第2款至第8款規定事項。

公平會還發現格柏蕾蒂公司未於其營業所備置銷售商品之種類、數量及金額等書面資料，雖於業務檢查後，始提供該公司銷售商品之進銷存資料到會，行為已違反多層次傳銷管理辦法第22條第1項規定。
