標題[問題] 關於派遣人力仲介與職缺公司關係？

前幾天，在工作板看到某派遣人力所張貼的壽險助理缺 一般來說，我通常在人力銀行看到他們自己招募是不會投履歷的 因為怕是當業務，要拉保險 但這種經過派遣篩選，所以感覺放心許多，所以就投了 後來派遣有回我電郵，要我填寫他們的履歷 我填了，他們說會轉交給主管 這裡就我的認知是派遣公司主管 可是過了好多天，都沒有消息 我的想法是，應該是我的條件不夠，所以連面試都沒有吧... 但今天，職缺所在的壽險公司打電話給我，說要面試！？ 讓我嚇了一大跳 請問板上前輩有遇到這種狀況嗎？ 又還有，壽險公司是否真的是沒有純助理的存在？ 以上，懇請薪資板前輩不吝情解惑 感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.83.211.105
