新北監控颱風災情　預防撤離540人

【林媛玲／新北報導】潭美颱風直撲北海岸，據天氣風險管理公司預報，潭美颱風今午會有7級暴風半徑進入，時雨量將逐漸增強，今早新北市長朱立倫坐鎮災害應變指揮中心，與總統馬英九視訊連線，朱立倫表示，現已加強各區戒備，昨晚對溪州與三鶯部落等地進行預防性撤離540人、安置72人，另還有3萬多個砂包供民眾索取。
