洪案被告最高層級　旅長30萬元交保

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘遭虐死案涉案層級升高，542旅前少將旅長沈威志昨被二次傳喚，軍檢以涉嫌《刑法》妨害自由及《陸海空軍刑法》不應懲罰而懲罰罪，從證人身分轉列被告，訊後裁定30萬元交保，這也是洪案被告層級最高的一人。另軍方昨同時在269旅禁閉室、國軍新竹醫院進行現場重建。但家屬認為對案情沒有幫助，「好像照著故事演戲讓檢察官做筆錄。」
