軍事審判法 最快8月中旬三讀

洪仲丘虐死案引發國人對軍事審判是否回歸普通法院偵察、審理的呼聲，立法院國、民兩黨均已提出法條修正草案，朝野有共識最快在本次立法院臨時會完成三讀程序。

兩黨最大的差別在於，國民黨主張現役軍人平時犯陸海空軍刑法及其特別法，以列舉方式劃歸到普通司法機關，民進黨則援引憲法司法一元化的精神和概念，主張除了戰時軍人犯軍刑法及其特別法外，全部都歸由普通司法機關審理。
