高華柱羅瑩雪 將談軍中人權報告

國防部長高華柱今天下午向馬總統報告軍中人權改革方向，預計觸及洪仲丘案後續改革作為。國防部下午三點發通知表示，高華柱下午四點將與行政院政務委員羅瑩雪共同在國防部舉行記者會，說明「國軍改革人權保障作為」報告內容。
