軍高檢：徐信正未依規定開人評會 裁定羈押

【晏明強／台北報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘疑受虐致死案，最高軍事法院檢察署上午表示，高等軍事法院檢察署專案小組偵查後，認為542旅旅部連連長徐信正少校，因不滿洪漠視資安懲處規定及違規後的態度，未依規定召開人評會，逕予同意士官評議會的懲罰建議，導致洪受悔過懲罰，涉犯《刑法》「職權妨害自由」及《陸海空軍刑法》「對部屬施以法定種類以外之懲罰」等罪嫌，經軍事檢察官訊問後，認徐有勾串共犯或證人之虞，向國防部高等軍事法院聲請羈押，經開庭評議後，今日上午6時已裁定徐依法羈押。
