勞委會今可望通過勞基法修正案

關廠工人要不到退休金，上街抗議，勞委會今天可望通過勞基法部分條文修正草案，通過後，將送行政院審議，再送立法院，今天重要有三項。

修正草案包含將原本的法條從保障勞工前六個月的薪水，改為退休金、資遣皆接納入，此外，也將勞工債權順序，列為優先。

第二，未防範公司無按月提撥退休金，增訂「大統條款」，未來雇主必須在年底前結算金額，金額必需夠支付明年員工的退休金。

第三，預防雇主抱著罰不怕的心態，增訂刑事責任，雇主若沒有支付退休金、資遣費，將處有期徒刑三年以下或處四十五萬元罰款。
