唆使少年槍殺房東　四海幫堂主判23年

【許淑惠／台中報導】四海幫海埔堂堂主陳忠楨在苗栗縣頭份鎮租屋經營檳榔攤，去年9月，陳男不滿王姓房東催討房租，要求旗下小弟羅泓綜及鍾姓少年處理王男，並稱「誰殺了王男就當隊長」，去年11月，羅男與鍾姓少年到王男住處埋伏，見王男外出時，羅男持塑膠棒毆打王男、鍾姓少年則朝王男開槍致死。

陳男辯稱未指使羅男和少年槍殺王男，只是要他們教訓他一下而已，但羅、鍾等人均證稱陳男曾公開宣稱「殺了王男就可以當隊長」，他們未執行還遭責罵，陳男還以鍾姓少年未滿18歲，要他盡量開槍沒關係，會儘量把罪推給鍾姓少年頂，或是要鍾姓少年另找其他「小鬼」頂罪，台中高分院因此以殺人罪判處陳男23年、羅男19年，鍾姓少年則被少年法庭判刑9年，目前二審另案審理中。
