中工處營產管理座談　宣導營產法令強化管理作為

（軍聞社記者卓以立臺中廿日電）為落實營產管理工作，軍備局工營中心中部地區工程營產處今天舉辦「一０二年下半年度營產管理座談會」，邀集中部地區國軍所屬機關及部隊營產管理人員與會，希望透過意見交流，讓各單位業務主管熟稔營產管理相關程序、法令與政策，建立正確管理概念與認知。

　該項座談會上午於新實營區舉行，會中宣導「國軍不動產管理教則」、「國軍營地運用」、「營產管理作業」等規定，同時針對營地巡管、營區管理維護等議題，進行問題研討與意見交換，藉此使與會人員更加瞭解營產管理規定，建立完善的範疇概念。

　中工處在會中也提出「營地借出一定要完成借用手續」、「拆除房建物要先完成報廢手續」、「已報廢待拆除房舍應依期程辦理拆除」及「營區既有房舍要完成建物登記」等重點提示，以精進各單位營產管理實務工作。
