假日中午K歌吵安寧　中市擬最重罰三萬

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】假日中午想K歌唱個痛快?台中市環保局擬開罰!台中市環保局最近修訂「臺中市噪音管制區內禁止從事妨礙安寧行為之時間、地區或場所」草案，其中一項規定針對K歌族，除了原有的每天晚上十時到隔日清晨八時，不得使用非營業用的卡拉OK外，還加碼規定 ：例假日的中午十二時到下午二時也不得開唱，違者可處三千元以上至三萬元以下罰鍰並限立即改善。台中市環保局主秘施肇芳表示，「民眾在假日中午多有午睡習慣，愛唱族可以休息兩個小時或是乾脆改成清唱，既體貼左鄰右舍也可避免糾紛!」這項草案相關規定十一月一日起已於台中市環保局網站公開預告，有意見的民眾都可在七天內向環保局提出建議，否則將正式修法，最快在年底啟用。
