摩銀士丹利表示，在諾里爾斯克鎳業公司(Norilsk Nickel)戰略日上，對資本開支和生產目標感到意外，該行對此謹慎；由於商品價格抵消高派息率，故將Norilsk評級維持「與大市同步」，此前上調評級已被鋁價預測下降而抵消；俄鋁(00486.HK)亦維持「減持」評級，目標價由1.25元升至1.6元。

該行將Norilsk自2014年起資本開支預測由22億元降至20億元；預期2016年產量與2013年相對持平，而公司將2018年銅及鉑族金屬產量目標較2016升6%及8%。大摩對此感到樂觀，並假設產量可在2016年得以維持，惟新目標較2010年5月份所公布有顯示下跌。

大摩認為，俄鋁的減產計劃、此前上調Norilsk評級、以及盧布兌美元預測均被2014-17年鋁價下調13-22%的預測抵消；槓桿水平或令人卻步，淨負債對EBITDA或在2014年升至26.2倍。(ji/a)
