明年會考不開冷氣　教育部遭批

【劉嘉韻／台北報導】12年國教將實施，國中畢業生都需在明年5月18、19日參加國中教育會考，教育部初步決定考場將不開冷氣。教育部政次陳益興今在立法院答詢時表示，是依照中央氣象局提供過去幾年5月平均溫度，因低於攝氏28度，所以決定不開冷氣。立委林佳龍痛批，「你是神嗎？能夠精準預測氣溫。」

林佳龍指出，氣象局是把夜晚較低的溫度一起平均，但依氣象局歷年統計顯示，即使在北市，5月白天高溫超過攝氏28度的天數也有22天，南部縣市白天均溫都超過攝氏28度，不准考場開冷氣是把全體考生當次等公民看待，漠視考生權益，將引起民怨。

但陳益興仍未鬆口承諾屆時將開冷氣，僅強調將審慎評估，並根據氣象局均溫資料決定。
