是飛輪太重了.
飛輪該換一顆.
不是你的功力不夠.
練功前,先把車子狀況調整到最佳狀態,練完之後才有效果.
硬踩的確很傷膝蓋,還有大腿肌肉也很傷.

公路車不等於球類運動講求爆發性,而是持久性和時間掌控,盡可能節省體力為原則.
除非是上坡和突圍,需要大功率的輸出.
