17年前簽的放棄財產繼承未到法院公證有法律有效嗎

我的父親17年前過世，祖厝及週邊土地由父親及5位叔叔伯伯共有，在父親過世後辦理財產繼承時並未發現他有簽署任何放棄祖厝繼承的文件給大伯，最近這幾天大伯突然對母親說我爸爸生前有簽一份放棄祖厝繼承文件給他，要我媽媽即刻辦理過戶手續，否則提告。請問17年前簽署的內容且未經公正，現在也死無對證了，現在房子部分產權名字是我大哥的，如果真的上法院，我大哥的勝算是多少?謝謝
