司法院預算解凍報告 有時事造句法

司法院上午在立法院司法及法制委員會中，對人民觀審制度推動預算五分之一遭凍結，提出要求解凍的專案報告，報告中，司法院在觀審員具表決權項下提及，經隨機抽選民眾意見調查結果可知，有85%民眾較傾向支持觀審模式的人民參與審判形態。報告並稱，或許有人會質疑，樣本數僅有27份，代表性稍嫌薄弱云云，但這27位參與審判民眾，既經隨機抽選，則27人的意見，「如不是民意，那什麼才叫作民意」。

報告在中午才臨時發給審查預算的立委，並據以要求立委為預算解凍，包括民進黨立吳宜臻、尤美女都表示反對，吳宜臻並指出，報告中末段的時事造句法，令人發噱。
