天兔颱風 農損逾1億元

（中央社記者林惠君台北23日電）據行政院農業委員會最新統計，天兔颱風造成的農業損失逾新台幣1億元。

農委會統計，自9月20日起受天兔颱風影響，至今天下午5時止，農業產物及民間設施估計損失新台幣1億2128萬元。

其中受損最大的農作物依序是蓮霧、香蕉、番荔枝、木瓜及棗。

農委會農糧署表示，夏季蔬菜遭多次颱風危害，造成蔬菜價格上漲，近期農民紛紛復耕大宗蔬菜。

依據大宗蔬菜供育苗量系統資料顯示，9月上旬甘藍（高麗菜）及結球白菜（大白菜）種植面積激增，並超出管控數量上限，顯示部分農民因災後蔬菜價格上漲而有搶種情形。

農糧署分析，台灣冬春期間每旬合理生產面積甘藍為180公頃，結球白菜為80公頃，但依據大宗蔬菜供育苗量系統資料顯示9月上旬甘藍種植243公頃，結球白菜種植103公頃，其中甘藍比合理種植面積超出63公頃，結球白菜超出23公頃。

農糧署提醒，農民如在此時過度擴增種植，11月採收期菜價可能下跌，請地方政府持續宣導農民減種。1020923
