美禁口服抗黴菌藥　我衛福部提醒醫師

【蔡明樺／台北報導】美國食品藥物管理局日前禁止「ketoconazole」作為治療汗斑、香港腳等黴菌感染的第1線用藥，避免引起肝臟移植、肝病和腎上腺異常患者的致命損傷。衛福部食品藥物管理署表示，國內目前核發含ketoconazole成分的口服藥證有9張，初估每年約20萬人用藥，但醫界過去就了解ketoconazole成分藥物可能傷乾腎，日前該署再次發函給各醫療院所及皮膚科、家醫科、內科等3大醫學會，提醒醫師謹慎用藥。

皮膚科醫師趙昭明指，ketoconazole類藥物上市已久，常用於治療股癬、汗斑、灰指甲、香港腳等黴菌感染的皮膚病，美國FDA禁止ketoconazole類藥物作為黴菌感染第一線用藥是針對口服劑型，建議B型、C型肝炎帶原者或肝功能異常患者就醫時，應主動告知醫師。
