NDS/R4卡內核的問題，求解！

最近突然拿以前的NDS來玩
不過新下載下來的遊戲卻不能玩
螢幕出現以下英文字母

「The save data could not be accessed.Please turn off the power and reinsert the Nintendo DS Game Card.」

上網查詢過是要更新內核
不過連結幾乎都已經失效
後來有找到疑似適合我R4卡使用的內核
檔案全部丟上記憶卡後卻顯示
(有將原先裡面的東西刪除掉才丟進去)

「Could't find_DS_MENU.DAT」

可以請NDS玩家幫個忙
請教我正確更新內核的操作方式和連結嗎？

有上部落格查詢過判斷自己R4卡是哪個版
因為我R4沒有紙盒，R4卡上貼紙也沒有官方網址
NDS開機是V1.25
所以應該是R4 SDHC:內核1.19~1.34吧？

請給我解決的辦法吧？
幫幫我可以重溫NDS嗎！！
