府黨人事異動　蕭旭岑內定接府副秘書長

【晏明強／台北報導】馬王之爭導致總統府副秘書長羅智強請辭獲准，由於國民黨19全會將召開，黨務人事也將有所異動，黨政人士中午透露，馬英九總統經過審慎思考，府副秘書長遺缺已內定由現任國民黨文傳會主委蕭旭岑接任，而文傳會主委一職，則規劃由前總統府發言人、現任研考會副主委范姜泰基出任。

黨政人士強調，蕭旭岑及范姜泰基都是媒體記者出身，對媒體輿論走向均有深入了解，將可協助馬英九與媒體的互動及溝通。相關人事案將於近日內宣布，10月正式生效。
